I LOVED the mint chocolate chip… it's the closest taste to my pre-keto flavor of ice cream which was peppermint stick. I think it comes down to personal preference. I found the other keto mint flavors to be lacking in flavor. I also limit my ice cream to about 1/2 cup or less. I don't find the Rebel as satisfying with a small amount.

Spot on video again!! As with the bread, this is spot on again as a 'No' for me. I have gotten so disciplined on staying under 20 Total Carbs and 90% of the time under 10 Net Carbs, these numbers work the best for me and Thank God, I have been super good staying within these numbers. These would def not be something that I could have in the house. Lily Bars are an issue also. I may buy a Lily Bar every other 2 or 3 months if that. I would rather do the Keto Chow icecream and have only made that once. Thank you for these amazing review videos!!

    Mmmm ice cream!
I can control myself with it… I can eat a couple of tablespoons and be done with it!
…and if I crave chocolate, I just eat about 10 Lily's chocolate chips and I'm good!
I'm really devoted to staying on track… even though I'm only 2 months in I really don't want to disrupt the progress I've made…
    I hope y'all had a fantastic weekend!
    Hugs!

The one issue I have is if I’m eating a keto ice cream higher in carbs it will be a once in a while food. I can’t keep enlightened in my freezer because the pint is only 4-6 net carbs it can turn into a 3 times per week “snack.”

I don't have an Aldi's to try, but I have tried the other ones you've talked about (Rebel, Enlightened, Killer). Get a cheap ice cream churner from Amazon and Carrie Brown's ice cream recipe book, then you know what you are eating as far as ingredients. If you have pets, you can switch out the xylitol (lethal to dogs) with allulose.

Our grocery store that’s sells Rebel ice cream is always $5.99. I’ve go into the store three times a week and they never have had it on sale, but look out when they do. Love you guys!!!

So glad for this video, guys! Who can really eat ice cream using the serving size? I agree with you guys in which it’s either a 1/2 pint or the whole pint. Come on it’s! 🍨😋🤙🏽 I’ll stay with Enlightened.
