I figured it out. I could not understand why I had smears on my screen. I found someone visited this video early before the smears on the screen. Watching they must have licked the screen wanting to taste the final product. Only to realize the screen was in the way.

You can peel your Tators, put them in tin foil wrap, and your carrots, clean and cut up, wrap in tin foil, place in Instapot while you cook the roast. I have done this many time and it is the best Tators and Carrots you will ever have

That looks soooo, good. ..but for me i am a simple country girl…i just use a dutch oven…on the stove, in the barbecue, or in the oven….i add some dark balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic powder, sear both sides of the roast in the mixture add the roast..cook until almost done then add carrots, potatoes, onions, and sometimes turnips and sweet potatoes. ..in with the meat..then just bake until all is tender..plate up meat with vegetables then put dutch oven on the stove. Make your gravy…such a comfort meal..especially on a very cold winter night…I know these insta pots are just that in an instant. …but I am old fashion I guess…hard for me to change..but like to see how other appliances work..thank you as the rooster crows…

Huge success! Thanks for sharing your recipe. The cost of meat has really gone up. I will be looking to our local farmers. $25.99 per lb Delmonico here in Ohio at the store and slim pickin's. Going to fire up the grill today. I just watched JoeAndZachSurvival, completely off topic here but could I ask a question? What kind of mouse poison does Joe use at the tent? Where does he find it. I have to set traps outdoors for small critters. Don't want them getting into the house. Our Home Depot has nothing like that here. Thank you

I like adding 1c of red wine to mine, then add beef bouillon for the beef flavoring. I also toss in about 1.5 lbs of mushroom along with the carrots and spuds.

04/28/20. Hey Joe, just bought a Instant Pot from Amazon but due to Covid-19 they aren’t shipping till May 9th. Surprised you have one but I guess the IP is Melissa’s. Ran the video but forgot to make comment so ran a 2nd time and decided it was worthwhile on the prep again. So you’ll have to report on how Melissa enjoyed it.

Some of you videos you use a unique spatula that looks like a shovel with slots. (Draining, slotted, spoon, spatula, shovel, colander.) lol Those are the key words I use to search for one. What kind of spatula is it and where can I get one?
