We love your YouTube Channel and your recipes.Keep up the good work. I have used both of the yogurt recipes and like them both. I have found the one that calls for sweetened condensed milk a little sweet for my taste. Using the same recipe, could I cut the condensed by half and still have great results? Thanks so much!

I’m trying to figure out how to copy this recipe using the Duo-Evo-Plus. The choices I have is custom, pasteurize and ferment. I know I should use ferment. But there’s no medium setting. Only high and low. And that’s my question do I use high or low?

Thanks a woman showed how to make it and I don't know if she showed the strain but she put a paper towel on top and a lid on top of that and it just looked like too much of a production. This is much better.

I made the regular Yogurt…and I have to say!!!!… Oh My Goodness!!!! Super good and Sweet…I am assuming I can use a 1/2 can of the sweetened condensed milk…Its almost too sweet once I add Huckleberry preserves….but even still …. the kids are sure to like it!. So yummy! … Not at all like Yoplait or Tillamook..but more like "Peak" Brand…SOGOOD!!!! Thank you for sharing!

Why do u need to put condensed milk in yoghurt? Is it different from the Indian ‘dahi’? Do the yoghurt manufacturers put sugar etc in their yoghurt? I thought it was just milk and starter.
