I am an Ojibwe woman. This sound be .called paddy wild rice or not wild rice. REAL wild rice does NOT look like this. I can sell you some REAL MN Anishinaabe manoomin or wild rice. The taste is 10,000% better than this hard gross stuff.

Hi, what's the rice water ratio? I don't want to cook a whole pound at once. Your rice looks the way I like it but I cant never achieve it and its because I wasn't doing the pressure release right away!! Haha. Thanks for the video 💜

I thought all beans should be soaked overnight to release the harmful stuff, then cook it in the pressure pot or whatever method you choose. Not sure about it. Any input about that?

Hi Tami. I bought wild rice on line and mine is a different color than the one in your video. It’s the uncultivated kind. Do you think the water ratio would still be the same? I’d hate to waste it if it didn’t work out😬

When your wild rice was done cooking – did you manually release the pressure immediately? Or did you let it sit for a while? Thanks Tami!

Wild rice is so good!  Do you buy it at Whole Foods instead of Trader Joe's, because tj's wild rice is not organic?  I don't have whole foods or tj's here, so I buy organic lundberg online, but the packages are 8oz for $6.  How much does Whole Foods sell it for in the bulk bins?

    Oooh, great tips, thanks Tami!

Quick question – where do you get your artichoke hearts? I can't get salt/oil free in my dinky town, but a nearby city has a Trader Joe's and a Whole Foods.
