Thank you so much for sharing that video. It really is well explained.
Most of YouTube videos are Americans & I am not sure about some of their contents in terms of ingredients & measurements.
That one makes me feel a lot more confident.

I would like to see you Sierra both sides of the chicken I think it would look nicer. Also how long did you cook the gravy for the video just ended and I didn’t know how long you were cooking the gravy for.

I once knew a man named "Mr. Eddie". He was a neighbor when i was a kid. He used to always beat his wife for her horrible cooking. Now as a grown man i can understand why he had this frustration when i see certain women cook. This woman needs to go to the school of Mr. Eddie.

love the video. do you suggest breast side down or up when cooking under pressure? I tried your method, 5.5 minutes per lb. breast side up. but when done, the breasts were still raw on the bone side, as was the inside thigh. any ideas? the chicken was fresh out of the fridge.

There seem to be a lot of comments on here about size. The best way to get the timing for a whole chicken is to use simple arithmetic. Everybody has a calculator on there phone. Multiply the weight of your chicken in LBS (pounds) by 5.5 and this will give you the cooking time. It works every single time IE; I have a 1.266 KG chicken. Say to google on your phone "what is 1.266 KG in
LBS. It will say 2.791 LBS. Therefore 2.791X5.5= 15.351 mins call it 16. It's a small chicken. It works every time ( I check with a professional chefs thermometer. This info is courtesy of another lady who uses an Instant Pot on You Tube. Flo Lum.

You can then chuck it in a high oven for 10 mins to brown if you wish. Some people dont care and just remove the skin. Or as
I occasionally do use a blowtorch.

    Hope this helps.
