I just bought a big stovetop pressure cooker and it took 10 minutes to get to pressure, 20 minutes and waited for natural release. Make a whole chicken with big carrots and potatoes using 1 1/2 cups of spring water and a Knorr bouillon cube. . I wanted to compare. Nowadays, stovetops are pretty efficient. Your machine looks pretty complicated—I want one but I am hesitant. Good demo! p.s. Should have bought the 8 quart.
I love the way you cooked that chicken meal in your Instant Pot and it is looking so delicious and your family must have loved the meal so much. The best way to remove your food from the inner liner is to use either oven mitts or two tongs since the container will be hot for awhile.
Nice video, I had to LMAO because I bought my first 6 quart $20.00 Walmart Stove Top Pressure Cooker. Once that first steam valve locked & the one in the middle started screaming and bouncing up and down, I ran down the hallway and hit the main breaker to kill it, I was already 10 feet away "Ass to the Blast"… The damn thing reminded me of an ICBM having a launch problem, I thought it was going to explode, now I know it is normal & love the thing. Great video, I will subscribe & thank you for a great video.
Put chicken in the oven after 20 min in the instant pot roast and crisp chicken. It will fully cook and look appetizing and taste amazing. Your chicken looks pale greasy by the way.veggies cooks in 10 minutes in instant pot. And it won't be mushy.
I think you should zoom closer so we can see what you're doing up close. And hear you. No need to show your face or your whole kitchen while preparing or demonstration In the beginning of video you sound loud and clear because your face is in zoom.
Hi, Iv just cooked my first chicken and decided to put it back in for an extra 10 minutes , but now the machine is not coming on 🙄Iv bunged it in the oven for now . Has this ever happened to you ?
I have the 6 qt. To do meats like this recipe I'd suggest getting the 8 qt. I think I'll do that too. It's worth every penny. I'll eventually get the 8 qt as well.
I love when things don't go as planned that is life and I done this…I love to cook quarters in mine..I can get 3 in at a time I got the little one and I get 8 cups of broth after too….
i dont want my chicken to taste boiled.. but my german brand pc says add a minimum of 500 ml – which is about 16 oz – for any meal?! seriously, is this normal?
Thanks very much….well done video. Do you think it was a good 'mistake' to have made because this could, perhaps, be a good way to demonstrate stopping and restarting again when it comes to doing the vegetables in the same pot as the chicken, since they can't be pressure cooked for nearly as long or they will turn to mush. So it all worked out well.
You did great
I'm glad you messed this up. I never knew if you could put something back in. This shows me what to do. Thank you
kind of sad to watch in my opinion
not make a chicken its how to cook a chicken.. makes me doubt you right off

You look not direct on the camera and may be there is two cameras
you could set your pressure time to 35 minutes
You did a good job. Sometimes it's best if the time calls for 30 mins just but it on for a complete hour it will come out perfect and done.
use bottled water makes better broth,,, what a load of crap,,,
better kitchen happy mun try this… https://amzn.to/2N6l1cX

Loved watching U
How much water did you actually use?
interesting, and great if you like boiled chicken.
'Pull your meat out with the rack'
so the vent needs to be open for steam release while cooking?

lolol your soooo funny. good vid lady
I love your accent and you totally hot
So with a five pound chicken with the rack under the chicken you should cook for 35 min?

thanks for sharing and don't feel bad about not cooking it thoroughly cause it's gonna happen sooner or later. Looks great!
WHAT KIND OF AN ACCENT DO YOU HAVE
She's got to be starving after round 2 lol.

This woman is as stupid as she looks! At leas rehearse before you get on camera.
why do you hit "meat button" not the polutry button?
I think your chicken is overdone. If the meat falls off the bones, it is definitely overdone.

I liked your recipe sharing and you are careful with cross-contamination plus your realistic admission of fail helps us all. cheers

you added a water bottle – which is 16 oz, but u said 8… how much liquid do u need at a minimum???
you're adorable.
Would of been great if you had someone zoom in as you are seozoning the chicken, you lost me!
i only eat meat once in a while, would prefer a organic free range bbq rotisserie chicken 🙂
i knew right away it wasnt done, good for checking n cokking it for more time of course
I suppose you could brown your chicken first? On sauté mode?

With All due respect, Your Cute and Im married.
Came out nice, amazing how meat just tenderizes and falls apart in the Instant Pot! If you have not tried yet, do pork chops in there.
I like the way your Kitchen is set up, everything is almost in arms reach.
what size chicken did you use?
Very helpful to show you can fix a mistake. Thanks for sharing!
omg you are sexy….
