This is great! Living in Asia, I've been drinking a local version to ginger tea for years: teh halia – steeped ginger mixed with black tea, mixed with evaporated milk. Nice for the belly after a meal.
This IP version inspired me to experiment. Ginger, chopped lemongrass, lemon juice and brown sugar boiled with two black tea bags in four cups of water. It tastes great hot, warm, or cold.
