Put your pot on saute first. That will help. But yes, my oatmeal I did for Ingrid's collab back in December took longer than I thought. There are certain functions you pick that affect it. I need to play around with mine more. The soup looks yummy though.
Put your pot on sauté while your putting your ingredients in. This starts heating your pot so it will take less time to come to pressure.
I’ve never had ground turkey or chicken. Just never thought it would be flavorful. This looks very good and even the kids liked it. You are doing great with your instant pot.
The more liquid it has the longer it takes.

You could also try the delay/timer function and it will start cooking while you’re away and be perfectly done when you get home.
