That looked so good. I usually add quinoa or beans for protein but the nutritional yeast would be a nice alternative – thanks for the idea. It's always good to see what someone else does to your own favorite dishes because you get good ideas. Like maybe leftover spaghetti sauce or those tomato bits that are almost past their prime. What's in the kitchen? It will go in a good stew! Thanks Joanie – I enjoy your videos.

Joni I have been watching your channel since you uploaded from RTR. I bought the instant pot because of your cooking videos. I made veggie soup with v8 and veggie broth and added cut up veggies. This batch was better tasting because of the pressure cooker keeps nutrients in the pot.

Thank you for sharing your lifestyle and cooking recipes using the instant pot. Another YouTube man won't cook with propane and should try it out in his van. He has every electric stuff to cook. Wander Danno watch his video and tell him about instant pot meals and van living. He has 2 cats he travels with..Vinnie and Kiki.

Bet Cosori would send you a complimentary one to do comparison if you mentioned the number & ripple effect of your subscriber list. Nice dinner you made there. Yum!!

Looks delicious. I appreciate the tutorial since my plan is to get an instant pot for my van. I tried using organic turmeric and found it to be too bitter. I switched to curry and that is fine. Do your other ingredients neutralize the bitterness or is the bitter exclusive to my tastebuds?

Thank you so much for this! I appreciate seeing what veggies you still have at the end of two weeks, and the process of the Instapot, it appears to be the small one…I haven't embraced the pressure cooker of my Instapot yet, but will soon, thanks to you. I also am grateful that you pointed out how much energy it used, SO MUCH! You said once that you only used your induction burner for eggs, couldn't you do that i the Instant too? Keep 'em coming! Yum, Yum! Btw, I attended a rally for the 'children who were torn from their parents' today and thought of you too. Thanks for stepping up for the children! xoxox

I have no interest in buying an Instant Pot UNTIL I watch one of your videos. They always make me think.. maybe… Would like to know why you use coconut oil? My habit is olive oil. Have the coconut oil in my pantry- just don't use it. Does the coconut flavor come through in your cooking? (Another great video! You are a natural teacher.) 🦋
