Hi. I want to say straight up I don't agree with vegan but will NOT knock it. I am keto. I lost too much weight and would be interested how you put it back on without sugar. I got to 10.9 at the vid. Hope to be back. Thank you.

hi Heather, just binge watching all your older videos. I am a new subscriber and found you through Chef AJs channel. I was wondering, do you use purchased salsa (low or no salt) and also dijon mustard, or do you make your own from scratch? Thank you for this great content <3

Lovely recipe. Cauliflower is a fav! The core and leaves are edible. I just cut the core into smaller pieces so will cook in the same time as florets. I was told the core has a bit more nutrition than florets. I would toss the leaves on top when cooking and remove them to eat separately. I eat mustard and balsamic vinegar daily but never tried combining them. Sounds yum! You are huge inspiration for me. I am down 95 and have 140ish pounds to go. Thanks for all that you do. Love ya!

Hey wonderful Heather! I was very curious as to what brand of Dijon mustard you are using here? Any tips on where to buy/find it in bulk like what you're using? I'm having a hard time finding fat free Vegan Dijon, everything at my local store has eggs or oil, even dairy by-products in it 🙁 I'd love to get your help on this! Thank you ahead of time and much love to you! ❤️🤓

I use a small wet dish cloth ( thin fabric)
Loosely draped over the steam vent for the first maybe half a minute so it does not spray all over. And of course, stay and watch it. I hold it with tongs while wearing a mitt.

You are the sweetest wisest lady! I'm new to your channel and am loving what you are doing. Good idea not to rush into surgery. I had a tummy tuck due to loose skin. It was just a little painful getting out of bed post surgery and for maybe a few weeks. This diminished little by little. If you have someone to help you it's really not all that bad as there wasn't any other pain only on certain movements. I hope that helps you if you decide to go ahead. The other thing I'd say is not to have everything done at once as that recovery I imagine would be a lot to deal with. General anaesthetic is tiring so consider doing small steps if you go ahead. I wish you the best of luck, you're an inspiration 🙏❤️

I just had this this morning for breakfast and it was really delicious and filling! I never thought I'd eat a head of cauliflower in one sitting, but it was really easy when you smash it 🙂 Thanks!
