Like you, I had my Instant Pot for over a year before I opened the box to use it. I was extremely intimidated by it…I know it sounds weird, but very true. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE and use my Instant Pot almost every day!! It's an awesome kitchen appliance!! I am always suggesting to folks to get one because it is truly a time & life saver!!
