I’m not a big gadget person as I love cooking traditional ways but I did get a insta pot to be specific the teal pioneer woman one, i will be trying this recipe tonight! Looks amazing! This proved to me why an instant pot is better in the way that it is faster! I couldn’t figure out how this gadget would help me when I could just
Do it on the stove, but a 6 min timer and it’s practically done! Oh yeah! Can’t wait! Thanks! I def subbed!

    Ingredients:
    1 med onion
    Garlic
    1-1/2 or less 90% beef
    4- cups of marinera sauce
3 cups of water of broth
1 lb Ziti Rigati pasta #1
    Cook for 6 minutes
    Cheese Sauce:
    1 cup Ricotta
    1egg
    1 tsp dried parsley flakes
    1 tsp salt
    Mix well.
Once pasta is cooked stir in sauce.
1 small pkg. Boursin cheese. I would only add 1/2.
    Top with mozzarella cheese.
PS I will add dried basil & Italian seasoning, or fresh basil at the end.
    Bon Appetite.😋

New viewer here, as I've just got a ninja foodi tender-crisp, I think I'm going to make this recipe in it, then at the very end sprinkle some more cheese on top, and use the bake or aircrisp function to finish It off!

Really liked this recipe. The only drawback to cooking pasta in instant pot is that the pasta comes out too mushy. I really prefer pasta al dente. Any suggestions to make pasta al dente. I’ve tried to use less time / less liquid but its tricky.
