I used this recipe today. First recipe in a new instantpot. I used celery and no carrots. But matched everything else. It came out super delicious. Thank you so much for an easy amazing tasting recipe!!

Deborah, that was very easy and successful. I chose simple home-made spaetzle/spätzle for the pasta, the German-Polish home-made tiny dumplings that cook in minutes. Dropped in the hot stock at the end, they're done when they rise to the surface of the soup. For other UK users: I used two Knorr concentrated chicken stock pot 'gels' because, like onion and garlic powders (also used extensively in many American recipes), meat stock in cartons is not always easy to find in smaller British shops.

I have made very quick soups when I needed it if I felt the cold coming on. I would also add a bay leaf to this and maybe half of 1. And and herbs such as thyme I also like to put in some fresh parsley at the end when it's done however if I don't have it it doesn't I don't have it. I have made soups with my own stock with purchase stock with broth and with water and they have all been delicious. So don't worry if you don't have stock or broth you can use water and bay leaf and Thyme and the garlic. So this goes on the stew function instead of soup?

No celery? I never do a smidge of garlic I am such a garlic lover that it will get quite a big spoon of it but I can tell you what will make that soup the next level. Once it's cooked squeeze in lemon half a small lemon will do. It makes your soup tastes like it sparkles! 🙂

This video helped so much and I enjoy all your videos. I have a question. I like your cutting mats and looked at you kitchen tools but they were not listed. Can you tell me the size and and where you purchased them? Thanks so much.
