This is 'incomplete' recipe. After sabzi is cooked what was in the blender to add? What did you do to the eggs? Put them in Sabzi? Very confusing, what is the end product with all these ingredients?

My understanding with PiP cooking is that the pots don't need to be open as it is the pressure that cooks and that somehow doesn't affect it. I did my first PiP with two pots just reheating two different dishes. The one on the bottom was covered of course and the one above it open. I used HP for 1 minute and NR for same and when I took them out, the top one was heated fine but thee bottom was still cold. What happened?

I had trouble understanding the names of all the spices…what was the one after the mustard seeds…it sounded like "gia"…. Could you kindly list somehow all your spices with the measurements – thanks

Can you use another ground nut besides peanut? Maybe ground almonds? Love your videos. I am looking forward to trying these. Have you considered doing a recipes book? Maybe an instructional DVD? Being able to look at a recipe book along with your videos would make this really great. For the novice like myself this is a lot to learn! LOL Thanks again!

Could you add the recipe or link to recipe to the tandoori chicken rice and the egg curry mix? Do you just peel the eggs and mix it in with the curry mix? Thanks! Enjoy all your videos! You should get a website/blog to refer to for full recipes!
