I was just looking for a turkey breast recipe and came across this video. You are absolutely adorable and I cracked up when you were trying to calculate the time. "I'm a lawyer, not a mathematician." I'm at work watching, but girl! I LITERALLY laughed out loud!
I never heard of using mayo for a rub. I imagine salad dressing would work too.

I like the way you cooked that turkey breast and how it turned out in the end and I will be cooking a whole turkey in my counter top roaster which I have done several times before. The only difference now is I am using a liner bag inside my roaster to keep the broth from coming out and cook some of the other food in my Instant Pot and in the oven.
