Cheapest I have ever seen it in Texas is $5.99/pound and that is usually just a small two to three pound cut.

Looks fantastic! I love the beefy flavor of tri-tip. I make a lot of soups and broth because I have digestive disorder. I drink broth like coffee and the broth on that soup looks delicious!! So simple but so good! Another thanks to you!!!
