Yum! I love Maruchan brand chicken flavor ramen noodles.
The flavor packets aren't harmful because I only use half or less of them in fully drained noodles. Remaining flavor packets are saved for seasoning salad dressings, sauces, popcorn, and more.
Add up the total sodium content in everything else you eat and the amount of salt is probably around the same. Red meats and shellfish are also very high in sodium, but there's no way of knowing exactly how much.
Rick I'm to share my favorite Mexican style chicken dish that my mom makes for us. It's so so good and easy to make in a crock pot or pressure cooker even better.
Here's what you need…
1 combo 10 piece pack of Chicken thighs and legs
1 large yellow onion chopped any size.
2 whole garlics peeled and cloves left whole
1 large 28oz can of Green Chili Enchilada sauce. Mild or hot if you like.
Optional 1 or 2 whole Jalapeno peppers for heat.
My mom always pan frys the chicken skin for texture before tossing in the pot, but not you don't have to. Well, everything goes into the pot and set time.
The best side dish is the red Spanish rice or plain white rice also works well since all that tasty sauce in the pot flavors it nice. That's it and enjoy. I know everyone I make this for loves it.
Ok seen many of your pressure cookers in action. I am deciding between the IPot and the Ouuo models. Any tips that might make my decision a little easier? My other pressure cooker died on me and looking for new one for healthy meals, minus all the processed can stuff lol.. Thanks for the videos and ideas along with reviews of products.
Hi Rick! I recently discovered your videos and really enjoy the. You are a hoot!! Is there somewhere I can go to get your recipes that are typed out or do we get them from the video itself. I would like to try many things you have made. Thank you so much. Janis
Been watching a ton of your videos as we are about to get an electric pressure cooker. Is there one (or two if you aren't comfortable just stating one) that you would recommend? Any help is appreciated! And love your vids!!!

Does that Instant Pot pressurize any faster than the other pressure cookers or is "Instant Pot" just the brand name?
