Could I make this with shrimp I’m currently out of chicken?
I’m going to try this in a Dutch oven and let it cook all afternoon. I’m hoping the chop and drop will work.. ..? Maybe I’ll give the chicken a head start with a quick fry before adding everything else. Wish me luck!
Please keep doing videos! Your recipes are so amazing! I'm making this one tonight. I love easy recipes I'm a wife and full time working mom of 2. Your ideas are so helpful and you are so inspiring!!
Thank you for the great recipe. I made the stew this evening. It was a hit.
Wow! that looks so good. Definitely making this.
This stew was delicious! My kids actually begged for more, I like that this recipe is so easy to put together on busy weeknights with all clean ingredients.
I eat fish sauce when I go to Thai restaurants all the time, but I just can't find a brand that doesn't make the dish inedible. I would be so afraid to add the fish sauce and then have it ruin the dish, because I've wasted food doing that before. Can anyone tell me a brand that doesn't taste gross? I think I bought the same brand as her chili paste.
I tried this using your recipe and it was too hot to eat! I can't believe a child could eat it. Next time I'll use only about a teaspoon of the red curry paste. Otherwise it would have been great. I had to put it down the garbage disposal. Boo,Hoo!
This instant pot is really really good to use>>>ur2.pl/1052 I really saved a lot of time to watch the fire stew, and the soup taste really good too , I can prepare the cooking, don't have to wait it all the time, after i finish cook other dishes, soup is cook complete too. super time saving, simple and convenient to use
If i am making this for a pot luck, can I just double the recipe in the IP? Same cooking times? Just take longer to come to pressure?
Hi Danielle- I'm a huge fan of yours and a recent Instant Pot convert! In the beginning of the video you said this was initially a beef stew, what kind of beef did you use? Would you sear it first? Thanks!
Relatively new to InstantPot. Is it Ok to do quick release when it is finished?
Oh my goodness! This is so incredibly good and so easy to make!! Thank you sooo much Danielle!!!
I don"t have a instant Pot .However, i have a slow cooker. How long can cook this meal in my slow cooker. The states that this recipe was original cooked in a slow cooker. However, doesn't provide info. Just as how long and what temperature. Will appreciate any feedback or info. thanks
I’m prepping (reading up first) for Whole30. Is this considered compliant?
Enjoying this right now – it’s amazing!
What brand of frozen vegetables did you use?
Okay, let me say that my husband is a total meat and potato guy. I made this tonight and he just said, “pretty tasty!” You have no idea how happy that makes me! One happy grain free girl!
The recipe says set the machine to Meat/Stew for 10 minutes, or 15 minutes if using frozen chicken but you set the machine to 30 and you weren't using frozen chicken. Which is the correct temp to set on the pressure cooker 10 or 30 for 3 pounds boneless chicken ?
Has anyone tried using the green curry paste?
Thank you for sharing! I will be trying this this weekend!
