I’m going to try this in a Dutch oven and let it cook all afternoon. I’m hoping the chop and drop will work.. ..? Maybe I’ll give the chicken a head start with a quick fry before adding everything else. Wish me luck!

I eat fish sauce when I go to Thai restaurants all the time, but I just can't find a brand that doesn't make the dish inedible. I would be so afraid to add the fish sauce and then have it ruin the dish, because I've wasted food doing that before. Can anyone tell me a brand that doesn't taste gross? I think I bought the same brand as her chili paste.

I tried this using your recipe and it was too hot to eat! I can't believe a child could eat it. Next time I'll use only about a teaspoon of the red curry paste. Otherwise it would have been great. I had to put it down the garbage disposal. Boo,Hoo!

Hi Danielle- I'm a huge fan of yours and a recent Instant Pot convert! In the beginning of the video you said this was initially a beef stew, what kind of beef did you use? Would you sear it first? Thanks!

The recipe says set the machine to Meat/Stew for 10 minutes, or 15 minutes if using frozen chicken but you set the machine to 30 and you weren't using frozen chicken. Which is the correct temp to set on the pressure cooker 10 or 30 for 3 pounds boneless chicken ?
