    I've been "playing" with my pressure cooker (not the Instant Pot brand) and I love it! I am Native American living in the city in AZ… one of our native foods is mutton (sheep meat). My cousin gave me a leg, I chopped it up in big bite size chunks and cooked it in the pressure cooker with dried steamed corn (another native food) and water. Mutton & steamed corn stew is awesome!!
    I will try your recipe too and take it out to the Rez! (Navajo reservation) I bet they'll go crazy over it!!
