I bought some frozen corn on the cob at the store. I was wondering if you can do this with frozen ears of corn?
Instant Pot online chat rep told me that the 8 quart needs 3 cups of water to get to pressure. I chatted with her after reading a reply to question in which IP told someone that 2 cups were needed in the 6 quart and 3 cups in the 8 quart. Instructions booklets that came with my 8 quart are for the 6 quart IP. Now I'm afraid to use less than 3 cups, which means I cook in big batches. What is your experience with rice and beans in the IP 8 quart? Thanks!
I just boiled 5 ears of corn the old-fashioned stovetop way, will definitely try this next time! I had thought the IP would overcook the corn, even at 0 minutes, but if you say it's great at 2, it's worth a try, thanks! (I like it crispy too😊)
