Absolutely Fabulous! You hit it out of the park with this one Jeffrey, So GOOD!!
I actually have truffle oil from a festival we went to where this lady put some on a herb cracker and before we knew it we've spent $ on oil we have no idea what to do with. Oh Wow! Now I know!!!
Only thing I'm curious on is the shells turned out a little al dente. Next time I think I'll go 2 min longer. We're about 1,000 feet above see level higher than New York. Wondering if it makes that big of a difference.
Anyways, thank you so much. Man what a delicious dish.
Lookin forward to makin your gumbo in a couple of days 🙂

I made this and am a bit on the fence. Loved the creamy texture! I realize that I don't care for thyme. I like a more peppery flavor. Should I just use pepper instead? Is there an alternative to thyme? Also, adding the soup mix seems overkill. It might have been better to let it cook or I might leave it out altogether. The crunchy 4 of it was off putting. The boursin leveled the dish up!

I make a lot of your recipes and It occurred to me I never comment enough when I do. I made this a few weeks ago like the day after you posted it, The whole family loved it, more than your original beef stroganoff recipe we also tried (but also liked). Instead of Boursin we used aloette because the shop was out of boursin, it works out perfectly. I just resreved about two tbs of it since its a few ounces more than boursin and scraped off the herbs on top. I made the OG stroganoff version with both boursin and aloette (garlic & herb), the difference is small but we actually prefer Alloette to Boursin. Thanks for the recipe friend, I'll put comments on the other ones we've made, I've made many of them lol.

Thank you Jeffery! Making this with my five-year-old daughter for my Mother’s Day meal! There are lots of really wonderful instant pot YouTube channels that try to make it super-easy but they miss out on the flavor. I’m very grateful for your channel- you add so much flavor and fun to your videos but the recipes are so easy to follow! You’ve made a believer out of me and I love using my instant pot because of YOU!
