I was so intimidated with the Instant Pot. It literally sat in my pantry for 1-1/2 years until I ran across your channel. You are amazing and every recipe I have tried has turned out great! I also truly appreciate that you stress cleanliness.

Now that's something I would love, but my husband would not, but that's why they make freezer containers, so I can have mine while he has his yucky salmon patties. sound's like a winner to me

Holy moly! I made this tonight and it was amazing! I could not find the Borsin cheese but used a French garlic herb cheese instead and it still came out amazing! I think I might add a little white wine while the onions are cooking. But I highly recommend everyone try this. Easy And delish!

Hi Jeff, great job on your video (all of your video's). I absolutely love your channel. I know you stated you can make this dish without the prosciutto, but what other meats would you suggest? I don't eat pork or beef. What would be a good substitute? Thank you so much for the time and energy you put into your meals. I wish you would get your own show on the Cooking channel or Food Network 🙂

You are mispronouncing the name of the cheese – it's Boar-san (that's how its pronounced.)' supposed to sound French.

I used to make a straw & hay pasta from Gourmet magazine years ago. My husbands friend gave me a standing ovation after she ate it.

I don’t even ask myself what’s for supper anymore. Now it’s just What’s Jeffery cooking?!?
From your shrimp boil to French onion chicken to tortilla soup to Pho. I’ve never ate so well. I just found the BTB garlic so you know what’s on the table this week 😜! Straw and Hay have been one of my favs but I’ve never tried it with the herb cheese. Looking forward to this dish😍
