I love this cooker!>>>ur2.pl/1045 I grew up around pressure cookers in the kitchen, and knew of the danger that they could blow up if not properly taken care of. This cooker almost makes it impossible to fail. The fact that it's electric was originally why I was attracted. I usually prepare meals on Sunday for my husband and I to last the week. This cooker has made it possible for me to cut the cooking time in half, without changing the quality of the meals. It was a great purchase, I'm happy I did it.

I had never made spaghetti squash before. What the heck was I waiting for?! This was simple, easy and incredibly delicious as a side dish with my main course. Thank you again Jeff for another awesome idea!

to make it easier to cut a spaghetti squash, make a bunch of holes with a fork, up and down the skin, a few rows. Put it on a plate and stick it in the microwave for maybe 5 mins . take it out then you can cut it with little effort. Then you cook it how ever you want..pressure cooker, oven what ever.

Spaghetti anyone? I tried this tonight! I made the sauce myself with sautéed onion, red and green peppers, celery, tomato puree and beef broth that simmered for 2 hrs… so all this is ZERO smart points for the weight Watchers crowd! thanks for this! I ate like a 1/4 of the squash and was satisfied! left over plan is to add some laughing cow cheese for an "alfredo"!

I don't cut mine in half first. I put it whole in the IP. Won't risk cutting off a finger that way. So easy to cut after 15-20 minutes and pretty much comes off the peel on it's own. It's so goo though! Great video too!
