Just because I’m interested in the instant pot, is this quicker or easier than the stove top! I’m really in a bit of a quandary as to whether to buy this or not, and if you find the pressure cooker useful.

Is this boiling the sauce? as with bolognese, you should never boil sauce as it destroys the taste.

Nice recipe, but a gentle suggestion – for Bolognese the vegetables should be diced much finer. It's not a stew…
