This is not a sous vide recipe, this is a pressure cooker recipe. Pressure cooking is high pressure, high heat. Sous vide is low temperature submerged in a water bath.
I make them often, very versatile recipe. I made them this morning with bacon and Parmesan cheese😋. I freeze them then thaw when ready to use and microwave. Works out great!
