I bought 3 of the new flavors (can't find Sofrito in any local store) and haven't tried them yet. Should've put some in my pasta last night but I forgot (even though it was right on that counter near the stove!) Can't wait to try them.

Jeffrey – you are an advertisement for the Better Than Bouillon line. You should let them know because they could be a sponsor for your show. I have no idea how that works but other cooking shows I've watched will say that the "xyz company" is sponsoring their show that day.

That is one "gorgeous" pasta dish. Seriously looks awesome. I'll have to do this. Nice to hear that "Better Than Bouillon" has another line. Love their product and will have to look for this new line. Love your up and positive videos (from a fellow Queens resident). 👍

Both are must-tries, but they're importantly different. “Mexican style chorizo is actually raw meat that's been heavily seasoned with dry chilies and aromatic spices like cinnamon and clove. Spanish chorizo is a hard sausage that's been cured like a salami,” explains Sánchez.
