I followed the link and used your recipe for Instant Pot Korean Beef….oh my! SO GOOD! I had so little time to fix supper, happened to have a sirloin steak with no clue how to fix it when I came upon this video, and ultimately to your web site. I'm new to pressure cooking, so had to get over my apprehensions, but today I had to move quickly, so took a chance on that recipe and am so glad I did! DEELICIOUS! I love Asian food and this had just the right amount of heat and sweet, and the meat turned out so tender. I actually have the Power Cooker Plus and just used the Sautee first to brown the meat, then used the meat setting to pressure cook. Wonderful recipe that makes me wish I'd discovered pressure cooking much sooner. What a life saver! Thank you!
