Tonight must be instant pot night on YT! That liquid you dumped out from cooking the chicken is really good for making cream of chicken soup for casseroles and such. Just stir together 1/4 c. heavy cream and a 1/4 c. flour or other thickener of choice and pour it in to the chicken juice (lol) then turn it on sauté. It will thicken once the mixture comes to a boil and it makes just about the right amount to sub for a can of the store bought stuff.
