A bit late to the party, but Vital Wheat Gluten is just reg wheat flour with the starch washed off. Its more steps, but big bag of flour, most where I am are paper, make your dough with a kilo or so of flour, wash it like you would sushi rice til the water is clear-ish, there you go, VWG at home and in bulk with far less waste to be self conscious of. Chef Jana on YouTube has a recent(as of this post) recipe up showing this. Cheers!
Thanks for the recipe. I love my instant pot. If your paprika isn't smoked, it's sweet.
Wow I love this recipe. Thank you! I don’t see any content in your YouTube channel, where do I find the noodle recipe
My favorite new kitchen appliance.>>>ur2.pl/1046 Between this and my air fryer you practically can cook everything. I love that you can sear meat and then pressure cook it rather that dirty another pan searing and adding to a crock pot. I have already given out many as gifts. It’s the perfect wedding, new baby, and off to college gift!
It was delicious, thank you for making this video. Also, do you have any tips for adapting recipes to easily work in an instant pot? Like do you have an easy method or is it more just trial and error
You can make Homemade tofu. It is very easy and for vital wheat gluten. It is available in bulk. So you can reuse a container. Thanks for the recipe 😊
I'm in the process of making this and it looks like I have way too much liquid…. is the measurements for the liquid that goes in the vital wheat gluten or is it the total including the stock you cooked the seitan in? Ahhhh I haven't added anything together yet…
Well I just love this recipe. You just gained a new subscriber. THANK YOU!
Wow! I have to make this!!! You make it look so easy! I'm thinking about trying it with a "breakfast sausage" flavor. My son is really missing that flavor and the mock meats in the store just aren't hitting the right spices notes. Do you think I can make them into patties or even Sausage links before I put them in the ipot?
