I picked up an instant pot on a whim on sale at Jeffrey's beloved Costco. I had no idea what to do with it. I found this channel, watched the video for stroganoff, which I love, and said why arent I eating this right now?? Ran to the store, made it. Fantastic. It made an instant pot believer of me. Then I picked up 90 cookbooks (ok, not 90 but more than 9) made one side dish. It was good. Came back here. I was going to make French Onion Pasta but found this and made it instead. I can not believe how just unbelievably good this is. So rich. I served it with thick italian bread and a salad. It's definitely going in my winter soup repertoire. I would recommend to other rookies to mise en place…i3 didnt and wished I had. It wasnt a biggie but it'll make life simpler, especially if you use fresh garlic. Making the pasta tonight!! I have a friend at work whose SO uses the pot to cook for them, I've told her he needs to check out PressureLuck!! Cookbook pre-ordered, I cant wait!

I made this soup, it is delicious! But it is hot! Next time I make it I think I’ll substitute 3 of the hot sausage links for sweet sausage links! You may even want to go all sweet sausage links, but I like a little hot! This soup caused me to subscribe! As a footnote, you probably want to add more potatoes

It's so true😂. I was disappointed when I used my gift card.. when you make at home it's so much better. I tried many different copycat and they all were better than the restaurant.

This is my favorite soup to order at that “certain chain restaurant” 😆 and I’m so excited to have my mind blown trying your recipe! It’s currently coming to pressure in my Instant Pot, I can’t wait to try it! Perfect New Year’s Day lunch after all that champagne. I just want to say thank you for your joyful energy, sweet spirit, and bringing your talents to YouTube! Feeding people is something I’m very passionate about and the Instant Pot makes it easy to feed many. I don’t think I would have tried the IP if it weren’t for you! Happy New Year and thank you, Jeffrey!

Haha am I the only one that got his joke about cut sausages… 😹 is it about circumcised or uncircumcised sausages hahah team uncut anyway! love this video! It’s my fav soup I like that you didn’t add bacon like others It tends to overpower the other flavors I like the sausage to give it that the kick! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 this is my favorite comfort meal ever!

It is rainy today and I made this soup. Wow! I did not have the fancy cheese so I used cream cheese, but either way, it is a fantastic soup. I have a stove top pressure cooker and 10 minutes may have been a bit too long for my pressure cooker, but otherwise the soup is a keeper.

Another great recipe thank you x We don’t have Italian sausage in the UK so I added fennel seeds and chilli flakes to the regular sausage meat. I loved it thank you. My lunches for this coming week all sorted!

Gotta say it, Jeff, you are my first Go To Guy…This soup rocks!! I did add a few more veggies like carrots and shrooms, however…Here, however, is a thought, a 6 quart makes a massive amount of anything, sorta family-sized, if you get me, yet for a bachelor and a roommate 4-5 days, with the worry of spoilage of too long a time sitting in the fridge..How about some recipes for 2 days or so, smaller amounts of ingredients?..Your recipes are hard to adjust to smaller portions..Thanks for the meals!!

I’m so thankful I’ve found your channel. I’ve had a gastric bypass and can’t wait to try all these recipes. I’ll never be able to eat this (too much sausage fat! 😂) but I can’t wait to try it for my family. From 🇦🇺

Why did you not use kale? And, have you tried kale at other times? I think spinach wilts down too much while kale seems to have more substance. To each his own. Great recipe. Thanks.
