I have never thought to try sausage gravy in the IP Catherine, way to go! Two quick notes, one… I am so glad to see your IP on your island and not under your cabinets over on the side. I was always so worried about releasing the steam and harming your wood cabinets! LOL! Second, one thing I don't particularly like about the IP is how hard it is to strain grease from cooking meats. It looked like you didn't strain the grease from the sausage? It probably made it extra tasty, but I'd have to get all of that grease out of there 🙁 Cholesterol and blood pressure issues, ya know, ha! Still, it looks amazing, thanks for the wonderful video!
