⏺P.S. FORGOT TO ADD… When I needed a quick meal & my children were used to eating all types of different types of food from different cultures. If I made a Jambalaya Rice Mix I'd just add an extra cup of rice to the dish. It stretched it further as well as wasn't as spicy for a toddler. Not that I have toddler's any longer lol😊
