I was looking in the freezer the other day and remembered I had bought a bunch of thin-sliced round steaks while on sale (actually a buy 1 get 1) and thinking what would be a quick way to fix those. Usually, doing it in a pan on the stovetop, they didn't always come out tender, or as tender as *I would like. Instant Pot it is! 😀
