    Hi you said to put the shrimp in raw and then said just right before you serve it. I know shrimp doesn’t cook very long at all but doesn’t need even a minute or is the keep warm going to just cook it while it’s sitting there?

    Just a second comment. It occurs to me that this is very similar to an avgolemeno Greek chicken soup, which if allowed to thicken makes a sauce very similar to this. No wonder it looks so comforting and familiar.

    Looks delish! I have everything except the key ingredient – arborio rice. Guess I'm going to the store cuz I want to make this, minus the chicken. I would mix the lemon juice into already beaten eggs. Another winning recipe.

    Got all of your books. Instant pot is THE way to go. The portions are huge for me. Can I just half everything for smaller portions without effecting the outcome? I have a tiny 3qt pot too.
