Everything was okay EXCEPT; 1. The cooking time is a bit too long. 15 to 18 minutes is more than enough. After all, the idea of a pressure cooker is to save time, yes? 2. The overall liquid content ought to be more rather than less ( as indicated in the ingredient list). Mine was too exact. Therefore slightly too thick but very edible. 3. I suppose the type of rice may influence some of the overall parameters. Personally I used just plain medium white grain rice. The rice was sweetened with stevia and to my surprise it did the trick. 4. If anyone adds dried fruit cut the quantity by half (my personal opinion) because 1/2 cup can be over-powering. All else said definitely a thumbs UP! No milk or eggs is a plus. Thanks for sharing.
