    Interesting.. looks dry though… you have dry pumpkin with dry rice and quinoa… need a bit of liquid to bring it all together… I would have used the brown sugar and water to make a sauce instead and use that to drizzle on at the end like a syrup… at least there would be some ,moisture with no additional sugar/fat involved.
