I don't even like sour cream, but it's amazing in bread and cakes. It gives it so much moisture and fluffiness. I've got to try this cornbread soon!

Wow I’m really impressed by that cornbread recipe. I like sweet cornbread too. I make my cornbread from scratch to avoid the “piggly wiggly” of boxes but I haven’t tried sour cream or creamed corn in it. Great video, appreciate the alternatives. I’ll let you know how it turns out when I make it.
