This is a year late, but I find that if you steam your egg in a rice cooker you will get perfect eggs that are easier to peel, or if you can figure out how to do it on your instant pot even better

I cook my soft boiled eggs for 7 minutes and then run them under cold water for 2 minutes before peeling. I find salting the water makes them easier to peel and I crack them on the counter before peeling

Hmmm really not sure if your notifications are working for me? I was waiting for this vid! Oh no we love ramen all year long.

I like your salt holder. Love how you showed how to marinate the egg. Ya our favourite ramen place only lets you have one egg per person and Kenny always tries to order an extra egg and they said no because it takes so long to peel lol. Pork belly is soooo yummy

One thing I honestly am not fond of is pealing hard boiled eggs, sorry I don't know trick for soft boiled. I use IP to steam mine and ice, and the peel comes off easy breezy.

Loved how you showed all the ingredients! I haven't made eggs soft boiled before, but I'm sure I wouldn't have even had the one properly peeled one LOL. I need an instant pot so I can get in on this action!
