   Looking forward to the wonderful flavor with added serrano! In future, could you please let us uninitiates in on the versatility (and ingredients) of Mexican-style chorizo? It doesn't get enough attention.

   Hi Melissa, what brand of “processed American cheese” do you use please? I know when I make my White Queso, if I don’t use Land O Lakes brand of white American it is not nearly as good tasting.

   I like the mixture of cheeses. The chorizo will add lots of flavor too. I don’t have an Instapot, but my trusty crock pot will work.
