    I made this with some soy curls. I am new to the vegan community . About a month now. I did nutritarian . Now I felt like I needed a hearty soup and I put it over my greens. I loved it. Had to go back to the doc for a retest on my cholesterol and I had the best cholesterol I have had in over 20 years. YAY!!! oh ja and also 10lbs in 3weeks gone also 🙂

    I have a pumpkin soup recipe I've been making for 20 some years that's very similar to this, except I use a teaspoon (or 2) of curry powder instead of the oregano and 21 seasoning salute. It's one of my favorite soups for the cold autumn days 🙂

    Awesome video as always and I had forgotten you dont use oil etc so obviously you cant get colour when you dry saute etc to me it was just a boiled veg stew but as I'd forgotten about the no oil I can't see how you could have done much better
