nice video.kudos on using corn which is really what we use for tortillas 94% of the time.Gringo or Raza,while this is not what they do in Jalisco i know it is damn good just from the looks of it.thanks for the upload.btw next time you try these,perhaps try some Salsa ranchera from Herdez with the Crystal Hot Sauce.They come in small little cans,no more than a dollar and are all over California.i will let you discover the flavor on your own rather than blab here.
