    Next time make them the traditional way. Deep fried in Lard. Nothing beats the authentic mexican way. After all they did originate in Mexico. It takes more time, but trust me they are well worth the wait. Make Tortas and you will never go back to pressure cooking them. You’ll be saying “Now those are some damn good groceries”

    YOOOOOOOOOOO HH!! I got that instant pot as well…..it makes a pretty mean bbq pulled pork sliders as well! I find it so weird how many people mispronounce that pot. Its NOT INSTAPOT…its INSTANT POT.
