Penne pasta comes with or without lines (ridges). Always get the ones with the lines. It grabs the sauce better!

You have turned me into the favorite cook in my family….a huge family and we grew up on amazing food by amazing parents who cooked meals with love together in a happy kitchen. 11 kids, thats how much love they had for each other. We all cook but your recipes and tips have taken me to an all different level and they all show up when they find out i am cooking a big meal. I made this. It was really good. I will par freeze some meat to get a thin cut, but with sausages I just use scissors. When I make this again, I think I will add some green bell pepper as well.
