First time and it's delicious! Mine flattened out more than the video. It was nice and high and after it set it was about 1/2 as high. The video seems to show it the same height. Any suggestions? I did use my mixer wisk since it wasn't quite as smooth as your picture.

This is so good. Thank you very much. I made it twice. 26 minutes and 10 natural release left a bit of the innermost near bottom undercooked. Upped to 35 minutes plus 10 natural and all is well.

I made this in my Ninja Foodi and afternoon 4 hours of chilling in the fridge, I sliced a few pieces and drizzled them with my raspberry sauce. Yummy! Hubby says it’s the BEST cheesecake he has ever had. That’s good enough for me. Easy to make, very few ingredients and no oven! Win! WIN!

What is this magical insta pot thingy and does it make more than cheesecake? What do i do if I don’t have one? I do believe this dear dad and his sweet son have done them a service and sold more than plenty of them! HEY! INSTAPOT FOLKS!! GIVE THIS PAPA A PAYCHECK and a SPONSORSHIP… or at least a lifetime of INSTAPOTS and supplies! He’s going to raise a wonderful young man! Be a part of that!

Awesome job dad!! It looks wondermous. I've never made a cheese cake (and never thought about it til now) do anything but disappear. I do cook in my pressure cookers (just got a new Emeril Lagasse 8qt from Santa) and I will let you know how mine turns out. Thanks for the recipe and keep up the fine parenting!! I just don't see a lot of really good family oriented stuff anywhere any more. Kudos to you and yours…

I love the little voice in the background👍😍. I think you are outstanding for having your child right there with you.. my dad loved to cook and let me be there with him and today I love to cook and prepare most the meals for my wife and myself and family gatherings. I am five minutes away from trying your recipe. Thanks for posting.

i make my cheese cake with heavy whipping cream instead of sour cream. At a party I did both cheese cakes and everyone loved the one with the whipping cream better. I marked the bottom of the pans which was which. I never used the pot that you have but if you try it let me know whar you think

I'm guessing the insta pot is like a pressure cooker? I remember blowing the weight on an old fashioned pressure cooker, right up into the ceiling lol boiling it dry equals interesting results also.. 😀 I like the idea of this insta pot..

I love this video so much and I don’t even have an instant pot. Great job guys! Cooking and eating as a family, and obviously enjoying each other’s company. It warms my heart. ❤️

Great recipe.Very professional camera Crewe 😃
Had to make a few tweaks to it ,
used digestive biscuits as a crumb due to availability in the stores here in Cornwall uk,other than that followed the recipe exactly.
Haven't got a pressure cooker these days so put mine in the oven on 160c until it set & proceeded with topping.
Very pleased with the result,it was still soft inside.
Thank you for sharing this recipe ,
will be using it over the coming Xmas period..Great job 👍.
