OMG! I totally had a brain blunder and made a reference to Beale Street being in Nashville when, in fact, it’s in Memphis! I meant no disrespect with this honest mistake as I’ve spent time in Memphis and Nashville and both are amazing cities 😉

Loved this one from the book. I like spice so i ramped up on Cayenne
I can't wait to try out this recipe Jeffrey! I've been following your channel since you started and you never disappoint. I have one comment though. Every jar of minced garlic that I have used says on the label that one half teaspoon is equivalent to one clove of garlic, therefore one tablespoon will be equal to six cloves in total. Just an observation. I have loved all of the recipes that I have made of yours. Take care!
I do not do hot and spicy sauce,but this would be good add asian sauce to it.
