Every jar of minced garlic that I have used says on the label that one half teaspoon is equivalent to one clove of garlic, therefore one tablespoon will be equal to six cloves in total. Just an observation. I have loved all of the recipes that I have made of yours. Take care!

I do not do hot and spicy sauce,but this would be good add asian sauce to it.
What kind (or brand) of chili powder are you using? It looks like black pepper.
