I like cooking meals ahead of time. I’ll freeze half (or more) for later and eat the other half all week. I got rid of my 5qt crock pot and got an 8 qt so I could do a whole chicken with potatoes, carrots, onion and celery.
Is the six qt insta pot big enough?

Ok, this was a really good video. Usually the "must have" videos are made by cults, fanatics, or zealots, but this video was made by someone who is passionate about Instant Pot cooking and just wanted to share her experience with others (such as myself, who is not in a cult, is not a fanatic or zealot). Not sure which idea I like the most, but using different rings to manage odors or the silicon lid were probably my favorites.
