I have a recipe for lentil stew I usually use with a mix of red and brown lentils. I always love it no matter how it turns out. I always feel satisfied, but that the flavour could just be a little extra. After watching this I'm just going to up the curry! I'm also going to look for frozen cubed butternut squash!
