If you are cooking for 1-2 people I would suggest the 3 Quart. If you are cooking for more, I would suggest the 6 quart!

My comment was on the video where you talk about things you can do with the pot. I could have sworn I made it here because it was what I was making.

What happened to my comment I left a couple of hours ago??? I made your Mongolian Beef. If my first comment was here I said the first thing I tried in this pot was boiled eggs and I had uneven cooked eggs and they were murder to peel. I did 666, maybe that was the problem. The same with the meat for this some tender and some like chewing gum. I’m not saying anything about your video or you, please believe me. I told my husband what this pot was supposed do, I had my reservations. My onions were cremated. I’m glad so many people are impressed by the Instant Pot. I am not.

Ok Sister #2!! I tried your insta pot Mongolian Beef and I can only say………….. Sssssoooooo Good! my son who's a very picky eater complained that it didn't smell right (while it was cooking) but when he started eating it he went back and grabbed a lot more! Great job and thank you! Oh I must also add that when I told my wife I got an insta pot and was going to make the Mongolian Beef – 1st she wasn't happy I bought it because she said they suck, 2nd said they are to hard to use. After Mongolian night she liked it better and the next night we made the Beef stew (with a couple of changes cause women need to put their own spin on things) it turned out Awesome and now shes on board and loves it as much as I do! Thanks!
