Tried this recipe now. It's so good but added more water, about 1 1/2 cup. 😊
Oh btw, it's my first time to cook using INSTANT POT. Happy with the experience.
LOVE THE TUNE
Those onion on the side are bothering me. Scrape them off
My favorite new kitchen appliance.>>>ur2.pl/1046 Between this and my air fryer you practically can cook everything. I love that you can sear meat and then pressure cook it rather that dirty another pan searing and adding to a crock pot. I have already given out many as gifts. It’s the perfect wedding, new baby, and off to college gift!
So let's see….. 20 lbs of Chuck Roast cut up into 3-foot chunks …….. A-a-h-h-h Yup !
So why wasn't there any info on the beef used, i.e., Top Sirloin? Top Round? Filet Mignon? Tr-iTip? RibEye?… Eye-of-the Round ? and how is it prepared? From vid… looks like chunks of stew meat ! Duh-uh !!!
From other Mongolian Beef recipes (both pressure cooker and stir-fried), it is evident that Flank Steak cut into thin strips is the meat of choice.
And how much beef was used — 20# ? 10# ? 5# ? 1# ? 1/2# ?
And what? NO GINGER ???
Think I'll skip this recipe and use one with more thought given to it. (and there's a lot of them out there)
Oooffta!
This was by far one of the best Mongolian beef dishes I have tried! APlus!
Easy recipe – My beef came out yummy!
Love the music
Made this tonight over yellow noodles. Was great. Will definitely be cooking again. Thank you.
It needs seasoned cornstarch slurry to make gravy from that watery juice.
The music makes me feel like these beef are up to no good.
