I !ways put a tea towel on top before doing a quick release.. great video..
The instant pot always makes extra liquid. I put the meat in a thermos with a third of the gravy. Then I cook rice with vegetables (mushrooms, celery, onion, beets parsnips, carrots etc.) a little water 😋 .
This looks so good I will try this in my Instant pot mini.
Now I gotta go get the ingredients to make this today! Looks delicious!

This is a great, simple recipe! With all the liquid, I would use it to make rice.

I just got this same model as a gift and it doesn't make the lid noises.
I have a different brand and I never knew what to do with it til recently. I’ve had it two years lmao.
